Each Punk Hearted item is made especially for you once you order it, so I don’t keep inventory or accept returns for buyer’s remorse (wrong size, changed your mind, etc.).
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email me at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
I’ll work with Printful to replace or refund the item as fast as possible.
You may be asked to include photos of the issue to help me file a claim with Printful.
